Silicone elastomer is a cosmetic-grade transparent to translucent gel system formed by fully swelling silicone crosspolymer in low-viscosity volatile or non-volatile silicone oil. It is widely used as a core sensory-improving raw material in high-end skincare, sun care, color cosmetics and hair care formulations.
